The free account of Distributed Source lets you manage unlimited contacts up to 3 users, you enjoy the bare minimum features of a sales CRM for free.
Q: For how long is the free plan really free?
As long as you are happy with 3 users and unlimited contacts, you're good.
Q: What if i want more users?

Q: What are the system requirements?
All you need is the latest version of any of the popular browsers in the market like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and (wait for it!) IE and an internet connection (duh... like you didn't know that!) .
Q: Ok. But I already have all my contacts elsewhere. How can I view those contacts in DS?
Distributed Source has a one-click "Import contacts" wizard which can be used to import contacts from a CSV file. Export all your business contacts from your existing CRM as a CSV file and you're ready to use Distributed Source. You can also import contacts from Gmail. Again, if you need any help in this, don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
Q: Hmm.. what if I change my mind and I want to move out of DS? What is the procedure for unsubscribing?
If you do not like our offering, you can unsubscribe anytime. We won't drag our feet, that's a promise!
Q: And what about all my contacts in DS?
You can use the "Export Contacts" feature to export all your contacts out of your Distributed Source account. We don't curb your freedom and we respect your privacy.
Q: Can I add multiple users to the same CRM account?
Of course, you can. The free plan of Distributed Source lets you add 3 users while the premium plan starts at $4.95 per month for each user.
Q: How do I train my users? Do you provide any training assistance?
You don't have to train users how to use Distributed Source. Distributed Source is simple to use and obvious from day one, we free you from training overheads. If you're familiar with web applications, you will feel at home.
Q: How often would I need IT support for maintenance, feature enhancements or upgrades?
Distributed source is not a traditional CRM, you don't need upfront investment in hardware and neither you need to hire dedicated IT staff for maintaining the software. We do all the hard work for you - 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
